The best way to source candidates for clients
A Recruitment Agency Terms of Business is an agreement which allows an Agent to introduce candidates to a Client in exchange for a fee if the Client engages them. This tutorial shows how you can customise your own recruitment agency terms of business with Legislate.
Answer questions about the terms of your recruitment agency agreement. Questions have tooltips to explain what they mean or what type of answers are expected.
See the types of questions that are asked to determine the terms of the agreement:
How many candidates must the agent provide to the client for the vacancy?
Will the agent be paid a fixed fee or a percentage of the candidate’s remuneration?
How is the candidate’s remuneration calculated for the purposes of the fee?
How much notice does either side need to give to the other to terminate the agreement?
Under the 'People' tab, add the agent and the client to the agreement. The agent and client can be a company or a person. When the agent and client have been added, a preview of the recruitment agency terms of business contract will display.
